The aim was to create an aesthetic, tactile product for on the centre of the table. Each object had to have its own character and individuality, but still look coherent in the restaurant.
Andreu's restaurant is an unique gastronomic space that explores the culinary culture of Mallorca and the influences of other areas bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. Andreu shows us his look on the local products applying traditional techniques to enhance the flavour
With 6,000 square meters Mediterranean garden, Andreu Genestra grows his own vegetables and asked me to design this table-centerpiece inspired on his philosophy and the philosophy of his restaurant.
I made two versions inspired on the traditional gardening tools and produced them in oxidised Iron to give them all their own special unique look.
